Usage 

Use for individuals under 200 lbs: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach. Use for individuals over 200 lbs: Take 4 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach. Note: It is recommended to take Nitrix on an empty stomach approximately 30-45 minutes before meals (taking Nitrix with food or on a full stomach will diminish its effects). Additionally, while taking Nitrix it is ideal to keep glutamine consumption to 10 grams or under per day. Taking a product that contains ephedrine will also diminish the effects of Nitrix. To fully benefit from the vaso-muscular volumizing effects of Nitrix it is recommended to take it everyday, and consume 120oz of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrate. Note: Every individuals body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes for Nitrix to include its maximum effects.
