Estrogen Blockers or
anti-estrogens reduce
estrogenic activity in the
body. This can be done by
either reducing the amount of
estrogen, or by reducing the
activity of whatever estrogen
is present. After any hormonal
or steroidal cycle an
anti-estrogen product is
essential to reduce the build
up of estrogen and to
kickstart the bodies own
testosterone production.
Without this males are left
with elevated estrogen levels
which can result in the onset
of gynocomastia (increased
breast tissue).
